PROMOCLEAN DISPER 607 is an aqueous cleaning solution by Inventec, designed for the removal of all types of flux residues on PCBA, Power Module, Lead Frame, BGA, PoP/SIP, and LED Assembly. Suitable for Spray-in-Air and Immersion Jet processes. Its excellent antifoam properties and controlled alkalinity ensure compatibility with aluminium and sensitive materials. Low surface tension allows effective penetration under components with tight standoff gaps. Suitable for the electronics, automotive, aerospace, and semiconductor industries.
